Vouchers for workshops can be purchased and used for any valid workshop within the price tier. Save up to 35% when you purchase workshop voucher bundles for multiple workshops. Each voucher bundle is registered to a single person, and only one redemption per person per event is allowed. Vouchers must be purchased at least 1 week prior to redemption. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.

All gift card transactions are final, cannot be refunded once issued, and cannot be converted from one type to another. Gift cards do not expire and carry no cash value. Promotional gift cards may have different terms. Management reserves the right to void any gift card at any time with an appropriate reason. See store for details.

We currently sell & honor several different types of gift cards:

1. Gift Cards for online usage (this website).

2. Gift Cards for our physical retail store/events.

3. Gift Cards for usage on custom /merch services.

4. Gift Vouchers for workshops & select events.

Unless otherwise specified gift cards can only be used in their intended redemption, cannot be converted from one type to another and cannot be used on events, workshops and select services. All gift certificates must be able to be validated to be accepted.

We will not accept any international or domestic pre-paid credit/debit gift/rebate card unless there is a chip.

All gift certificates issued on after January 8th 2018 are active and valid. All gift cards (physical & digital) must be able to be validated at the time of purchase to process your payment. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards must be reported immediately. If you have lost your gift card please contact us to see if we can re-issue your gift card. Gift cards can only be reissued with a valid ID & proper proof of purchase, and may be subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to void any fraudulent transaction.

All gift certificates issued on, or after, September 1st 2016 and prior to January 8th 2018 must be accompanied by the original or gift receipt with it’s original serial number and transaction code. Duplicate or digital receipts will not be accepted. Gift Certificates were issued initially as a serial numbered certificate card stapled to a receipt. We are unable to re-issue gift certificates issued during this time period. Please contact the store if you have any questions.

Due to changes in ownership, all gift certificates issued during this period are void and will not be honored after the transition period. Select gift cards/certificates issued prior to September 1st 2016, can be traded in and redeemed for a special voucher during the transition period (September 8th 2016 to September 30th 2017). Any gift certificates not redeemed, or converted will be unable to be accepted after September 30th 2017. Gift Certificates were issued in a few different formats but were primarily a post card size. Please contact the store if you have any questions.

Any pre-paid or unused workshop & event vouchers issued between 2010 and September 1st 2016 are no longer able to be accepted.

Pre-paid or unused workshop & event vouchers issued after September 1st 2016 and December 31st 2017, can be redeemed for either a digital voucher of equal value for workshops / future events OR will be issued a general in-store gift certificate equal to it’s original value minus any processing fees associated with the original transaction.

All valid refunds that are issued in the form of a gift card, will have the same corresponding terms as with the initial transaction type. In-store transactions will only be refunded to in-store gift cards, online to online, etc. These refund gift certificates will act as a regular gift certificate, with no expiration, but cannot be transferred to a new recipient. The value of the refund gift card will be equal to the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes minus any applicable fees. Management reserves the right to adjust these transactions at time of issue. See store for full refund & exchange policies.
